Trusted Reviews have reviewed the SMC WSKP100 Skype Phone intended for users who need mobility and cost effective voice calls over the Internet.

‘Once you're able to connect to Skype on a Wi-Fi network, the Netgear phone works well—if only for a little over an hour and a half. It took me only 5 minutes to get it to work on my home network—and that includes entering the requisite WEP key (sadly, that's all my vintage D-Link 802.11g router supports), though the phone also supports the far more secure WPA-PSK wireless security technology. Trusted Reviews have published a review of the 3 Skypephone S2 handset.
'As its name clearly indicates, the Skypephone is intended to help you make use of Skype’s free VoIP calling. Now, you can plonk a Skype client onto other wirelessly enabled mobile devices. Laptops (PC, Mac and Linux), Windows Mobile devices, Nokia’s N800 and N810, and even the PSP. In some cases, it comes pre-installed. So, for example, when you switch this handset on, a rolling menu along the bottom of the screen offers you access to various apps including Skype. Choose it and you can sign in or create a new account. If you are already an account holder slapping in your Skype name and password is enough to get you going.'
